Removal of a bad scalp mircopigmentation just a 2 weeks old, how long do I wait for laser treatment and what is the best laser to use for maximum results yours sincerely

Follow your doctor's recommendation.  Your question is not clear.  If you had your SMP removed why do you need another laser treatment.  Do you need more work?  If so follow the instructions given.  Most doctors want you to wait a few weeks.

The laser we are familiar with for this type of treatment is a Q-switch laser which is in the hands of many dermatology clinics that specialize in tattoo removal. We were the medical group that started the use of Scalp Micropigmentation in the medical field, so we have seen many failures by people who don't know what they are doing. Tattooists have entered the business to offer cheap SMP, but they are not trained in the field and have run into significant problems which we have fixed.
