I added progress photos labeled how far PO they are.I recently found out my surgeon is not a board certified PS but a CS! This has me worried he could have overdissected my pockets. He says as they d&f I will have a gap but I don't trust his answer. I've started wearing a thong bra 24/7 at 3wpo did I get it soon enough? Hopefully by the progression photos you'll be able to tell how they have changed. The last photo is right after thong bra and I worry gap will close right up if it's off too long

The pain you're feeling is most likely secondary to maturing scar tissue. As one increases their activity following surgery, it is not uncommon to get some areas of discomfort. That having been said, it would be a good idea for you to be evaluated for by your plastic surgeon just to be sure.
