I added progress photos labeled how far PO they are.I recently found out my surgeon is not a board certified PS but a CS! This has me worried he could have overdissected my pockets. He says as they d&f I will have a gap but I don't trust his answer. I've started wearing a thong bra 24/7 at 3wpo did I get it soon enough? Hopefully by the progression photos you'll be able to tell how they have changed. The last photo is right after thong bra and I worry gap will close right up if it's off too long

Answer: Probably the larger implant Without an exam it is difficult but I have a tendency to agree with Dr. Sheridan. I think the majority of the misshapened cleavage could be attributed to simply an almost 600 mL implant. When going much larger a previous pocket has to be opened up to allow for the size or the implant has a tendency to bulge or fold and that kind of looks like what is happening with you.

Answer: Symmastia Dear futureboobiessymmastia is a rare breast condition that occurs when soft web-like breast tissue pulls breast implants towards each other, until the breasts meet uncomfortably at the center of the chest near the sternum (the body’s midline point). Given this abnormal union, symmastia is known by many other names, including breadloafing, kissing breast implants, and the uniboob.Unfortunately, this condition causes the surrounding skin and pectoral muscles to literally lift off the breast bone as the implants are pulled together. This consequently causes pain and discomfort, as well as obvious distortion of the breasts, which can only be disguised with clothing that does not show cleavage. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper assessment. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
