Shoelace brace for bottoming out at 4 months post-op. Will new scar tissue form? Implant exchange & capsulectomy 06/09/17

Strangely my PS only wanted to see me 3 times in 4 months following my surgery. At almost 4 months post op, there is a possible issue with bottoming out. My PS told the assistant to give me the info. I was given a printout, was told to wear it 4-6 weeks and would like to see me at the end of the 4-6 weeks. They told me it was early enough that my scar tissue could reform, that it works like a cast. I am also wearing Le Mystere t-shirt underwire bra 24-7 except to shower. Am I wasting my time?
