Good afternoon :) I have tried 5 sessions of CO2 laser, 2 of pico laser, micro needling, nothing has worked. I don’t want to risk with filler in this delicate area. Also notice the hypo pigmented scar on the columella, I would like it to be blended with the surrounding skin. In addition, there’s a skin notch in the columella from the profile view that I would like smoothed out non surgically, what would you suggest for all?
