Can laser be used, like in a non surgical blepharoplasty which is typically used to treat hooded eyes, to make the eyes more hooded by tightening loose eyelid skin that is making my eyelid drop and sit lower on the iris, creating a ptosis effect. It is not ptosis however, the muscle functions normally but there is loose skin from pulling on my eyelid as a kid and flipping it inside out as a party trick.
