I have east asian pale skin. does laser resurfacing lead to skin thinning over time? specifically ablative lasers like co2, does the epidermis grow back? or is the skin thinned over time from the treatment, I know it tightening and promotes collagen production but is skin thinning part of the result of doing co2 lasers? will it leave the skin more sensitive and exposed afterwards especially if it is done on and around the eyelids to tighten the skin? I don’t want to thin the fragile skin.
