Over 2 years ago, I had Dysport administered to my upper lip for lip lines. Could I have nerve damage?

It would be highly, highly unlikely that there would be permanent damage from a neurotoxin injection in the lip. Neurotoxin works locally and its effects typically wear off within 3-4 months. While I always say that anything is possible in medicine, I would look for other reasons for nerve dysfunction before I reached a conclusion that the neurotoxin was to blame.

For cosmetic procedures, the dosage is significantly smaller compared to doses used for musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, cosmetic Dysport doses are not typically associated with nerve symptoms, and its effects should wear off within 3-4 months.
