It is a bit difficult to fully assess with just these photos, but it may be that the area may be slightly overfilled.  It would be best to follow-up with your physician and it may be worth having some hyaluronidase injected in to the area to see if the area improves.

From your photos it may be that you have a bit too much filler causing the plumping in the specific under eye area.  The excess filler may be reduced using hyaluronidase (an injectable enzyme that breaks down the hyaluronic acid fillers).  Alternatively you may see improvement with a bit more filler in your cheek to blend in the transition.  It is best to return to your physician and have the area assessed and to discuss these options.

Very hard to advise over the internet the visual issues you see. Best to obtain second opinions IN PERSON. 

I can see what you are complaining about.  I would try to dissolve the Belotero in this area with hyaluronidase.  If you have no improvement, its probably due to poor placement of Sculptra and then you can't do much, other than try to camouflage the area with filler around it.  Steve Weiner, MD, Facial Plastic Surgeon, Destin, Florida.
