I'd like to get a treatment to improve my skin texture, tone, elasticity. Would Sculptra or vampire facials work?

Something more than Botox and fillers, I also have quite large pores. I had fractional RF which is a combo of laser and derma pen! I had 5 of these and very minimal effects, this was also supposed to last 1-2 years!? So now I'm thinking Sculptra or vampire facials.. lady said Sculptra would give me longer lasting and better results and as I'm only 37, one would be enough and last 12-20 months? After reading reviews on here it looks like I'd need more than one? Help! :)

Sculptra is a tissue stimulator that will stimulate the fibroblasts in your skin to produce collagen.  The results is thicker skin with more volume in the treatment area.  Injections with Platelet Rich Plasma (Vampire Facial) is very helpful for improving skin texture; this can be injected into the skin where textural improvements are needed.  Large pores should be addressed with laser resurfacing.  We use Mixto CO2 Laser resurfacing at my practice to help improve skin texture, provide tightening and reduce fine lines and large pores.

This is a great question, but without photos or an in person consultation, it is very difficult to direct you specifically on how many vials and sessions you would need with sculptra vs the vampire. I do love both of these treatments. Sculptra is better at revolumizing the temples and cheeks and the vampire is really great at the under eye area as well as rejuvenating the skin quality where it is injected. I hope this is helpful!

I wish you provided a good set of photographs so I could give you a better answer. An in-person consultation would obviously be the best choice. if you have lost a great deal of weight, that will explain as to why the skin tone is poor in your face or perhaps your face has always been very thin. If that's the case I would attempt to do fat transfer as fat transfer will revolumize your face, the stem cells that come from fat will improve on texture of the skin and the pores that you're seeing at this time. On the other hand if your face is thin and you don't have any fat available for fat grafting then Sculptra maybe the last resort. Remember, you need an in-person consultation.
