I would submit a closer, better picture of the area you are wanting to discuss. You can do filler in creases, but you might be a candidate for skin tightening which would give you the results you are wanting to achieve.

Hi @whosherface. It can take up to two weeks for swelling and bruising to subside. I would recommend waiting the full two weeks before returning to your injector for additional filler. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
