Trace ketones in the urine can be a result of dehydration (did you vigorously exercise prior to providing the urine sample), starvation (were you on a ketone diet) or early diabetes (ask the doctor who ordered the urine test to order an HbA1C. I personally avoid doing a BBL on patients with free silicone injections as the risk for complications is high. Some PS may be open to doing a BBL with a history of free silicone injections. You just need to call around to the PS in your area to try to find someone.
