I very much doubt that this product is effective at all. It would depend on the active ingredient penetrating the skin which is fairly thick on the buttocks and having a significant effect on the tissues underneath. In any case since the ingredients are unknown I would not recommend this at all especially during pregnancy.

Unless a product specially says for use during pregnancy it is better to avoid it. If you wish to continue use, you could call the customer support line and ask them if it is safe to use.
