Hello I had my fue of 3500+ grafts. My Doctor said that he took grafts out of the safe zone but today I saw a picture where safe area is marked down way too low as shown in the picture. I think following pictures may shed more light on my question

Answer: Safe Zone with FUE The "Permanent Zone" varies from individual to individual. Drs Alt and Walter Unger defined the traditionaI "Safe Zone" as you have posed with your pictures. If you are genetically heading to a class VII or a Class VI, many of your grafts appear to have been taken out of the "Safe Zone" where hair is "permanent". I usually limit my FUE cases to 2400 grafts to avoid extending out of the "Safe Zone".

Answer: Safe zone The safe zone of the donor area measures 3 inches high. From the line you drew on your head, it appears that your donor grafts were taken beyond the permanent zone.
