Transplanted hairs fall out in a few weeks. New hairs will grow out in 6 to 12 months. You may see some growth at 3 to 4 month. Some of the photos look like grafts.
It is usual to loose hair hair shafts in this timeline. After 3-4 days, the stem cells that would be necessary for generating hair in the grafted area would have established themselves. These are the seeds so to speak. The hair shaft you are observing is of no consequence as the stem cells should generate new shafts in a future date. Discuss expectations with your doctor
Transplanted graft’s hair starts to shedding in the first week of surgery and may go on untill 4-6 th weeks after surgery. İt is not surprising to lost approx. %70-80 of all transplanted hair shafts in first month when you are washing, gently rubbing or touching the head. İt is shock loss and not permanent. Grafts can be seen falling out at 7 days. There is no problem as long as your washing technique adheres to proper methods and you are not disturbing the graft growth.
