Thanks for your questions. Certainly I would agree that you should contact your surgeon and be evaluated. In my experience you may be having some slow intermittent bleeding from one of the many structures inside the nose that is healing, Rarely the septum but more frequently the turbinates may remain kind of raw, scabby and occasionally bleed even 10 days after a nasal surgery( in a small percentage of patients). Additionally some patients do still experience some post nasal drip symptoms in terms of clots and mucous, even at 10 days. A nasal endoscopy would be one way to find out what is going on,and can even allow for your surgeon to address the problem at the same time. Hope this helps
