My previously straight nose now leans to one side after open rhinoplasty. I saw my surgeon at 3 weeks and he suggested massage. This centres nose only briefly. The right side has more swelling and looks larger from the side. Could this be why my nose has deviated to other side? If so will it straighten when swelling goes? Also, after the nurse removed my cast she dropped the over head mirror onto the right side of my nose and it really hurt. Could this be why my nose deviated to the other side?
