As I tell my patients, don't expect to see the final results of your rhinoplasty for up to a year after the surgery. This is because it takes a significant amount of time for the tissues to normalize. I agree with your surgeon's advice to utilize massage. I would suggest waiting a few weeks and if you see no change in the appearance of your nose, bring it up to your surgeon again.I don't expect that the mirror being dropped on your nose caused the
leaning appearance. But, if you are still experiencing pain from that
incident, I urge you to meet with your surgeon asap.
