Hi. If you have a detectable seroma, it should be drained. This can be done by percutaneous needle aspiration ( after numbing the skin). Call your surgeon and let them know about it today.All the best,
The treatment of seroma is to drain the fluid. This is done with a needle under sterile conditions by your surgeon. You may need an ultrasound to locate the seroma if its not obvious. Good luck, Gaurav Bharti
