I have lost too much weight due to too much cardio when working out. Suddenly I realized I got the ozempic butt without taking ozempic. I got a little sag, and I would really if possible avoid a lower bodylift due to the scars. If I gain weight and really focus on glute exercises can I get a bbl? I don't need big butt but a normal with a little projection. And fill out dents (the big one are from a hematoma 20 years ago) how much weight if so? Also want a tt 5' 2" 117lb
Answer: My Recomendation Dear Warmhearted925338, thanks for sharing your pictures and concern you look to be really benefit from Vaer Liposuction, Ultrasound guided BBL however it seems you need to gain a little bit of weight to get noticeables results. Answer: 5'2, 117lbs, should I gain weight for BBL to get a little projection/lift? Thank you for your question and photos. Personally, I do not advocate weight gain before surgery. You will not make new fat cells, but the ones you have can get larger. As a Total Definer surgeon, based on these limited view photos, you would benefit from VASER liposuction 360 degrees to reshape your torso and add fat to the buttocks for shaping. A TT can be done at the same time with a low pubic bone level incision. The cellulite and deep dents will not be corrected by fat grafting. I use the GoldIncision method to permanently repair these dents/adhesions. I'm the only licensed plastic surgeon in the US for this procedure. This procedure is done under local anesthesia only. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: BBL considerations There are a lot of variables to take the consideration when considering Liposuction and fat transfer. As a general statement, I do not recommend anybody gained weight for the purpose of having fat transfer. Unless you plan on maintaining the weight, gaining weight is useless for the procedure. Most people did not like being overweight so I think there’s a reason you find yourself where you are. Other variables that have a major impact on the potential of getting good results have to do with age and history of weight fluctuations. If you’ve lost weight that we need to know how much weight you lost or what your maximum weight was in the past. It looks like you have significant skin laxity, especially of your buttocks and this is not your quality. Skin laxity is probably the number one reason patients fail to be good candidates for either liposuction or fat transfer. Age Also has a major impact on potential results. Generally, speaking young people are far better candidates for both Liposuction and fat transfer. There may be good areas to harvest affect From if you want to move forward with AA transfer procedure. It looks like you have fat on your arms that can be harvested and the inner thigh also often serves as a good source to harvest fat, as well as treating the torso. I generally recommend people rely exclusively on in person consultations and generally recommend having multiple consultations before selecting a provider. Bring pictures of yourself to use as a reference during the consultation. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of the before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics great This should also include patients who were similar age. As sufficiently experienced provider should have impressive collection of before, and after pictures and should have several examples of previous patients who had similar characteristics or at least hopefully they do. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of this kind of work is in my opinion quite small. For any permanent irreversible, body contouring procedure I recommend patience air on the side of caution, especially when it comes to provider selection. Poorly done, liposuction, and fat transfer to some degree can leave people disfigured. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
