How soon is it safe to have PRP treatment after Facial fat grafting?

I had full face Facial fat grafting done to me and I am now 5 weeks post op. When would it be safe to have PRP done to my face? I am thinking could the injecting harm the newly grafted fat cells? Thank you for your help!

I would advise doing it at the same time. Fat transfer is less predictable than the volume addition with an implant (totally predictable). Be prepared for more than one fat transfer to the chin if you need more than a few millimeters of projection.

I agree that you have a long upper lip which a lip lift would improve. The best approach for the other changes I see is a deep plane mid facelift which would also improve mild relaxation in the neck. I have operated on many patients like yourself with gratifying results.

Fat transfer to widen the face -- particularly the upper 1/3 can be a great option. Without other photos it is difficult to tell if any type of lift would help, but often a good volumization in someone 45 obviates the need to lift. the inflation "lifts" the tissues adequately. An upper lip...

You won't get a blue discoloration from fat. Nodules can occur, albeit rare in skilled hands. The filler should be able to be removed with an enzyme such as Vitrase.
