Morpheus 8 between sessions?

In our practice, we typically recommend a series of 3-6 treatments depending on your needs and goals. We also recommend doing these treatments 4-6 weeks apart from each other. The reason for this time frame is to allow optimal time to allow the skin to heal from your previous treatment. Doing your treatments to close together can be harmful to your skin. 7 weeks is fine to wait to do your treatment and overtime you will see your areas of concern improve gradually.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

There is no hard and fast rule regarding timing between morpheus sessions. Ideally if you wanted to wait to observe maximal results between sessions, you could wait up until three months between sessions to allow the body to fully accomodate the changes. Most clinics offer sessions once a month dependig on the area of the body.
