Hello I had a rhinoplasty done 7 years ago which I am happy with. The only thing I don’t like is how low my nostril is, but it was like this before my op too. Is there a way that the right nostril can be lifted / cut to match the left one? I don’t want filler in the left one as I feel it looks too droopy and low and I’m happy with that side. I am willing to travel too but would prefer something under local anaesthetic. Thank you!

A radix graft is not difficult and the swelling in tip will not be bad as the tip can be spared and the graft can be placed endo-nasally. However if an open approach is used then swelling in the tip can last a long time.
