They may preclude or make more difficult any ensueing revision, corticoids corrode internal structures and reduce the blood circulation, very bad decision.

You're a case for a comprehensive revision, to fix:
-boxy tip, verticalized lateral cruras
-poor or null alar support, alar rim retraction and nasal valve pinching
-scooped dorsum, mostly at the middle vault or supratip, you have a dorsum line parallel to the maxilla, that's cartoonish, grafting is needed between tip and nasal bones
-tip laterality is congenital, but hasn't been worked on, that can be significatively reduced

I recommend you seek the advice of an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

General, we only use steroids in the nose for supratip swelling. On front view, you have a pleasing nasal tip appearance. On profile, you appear to have an overprojected and droopy nasal tip appearance. That means that your tip sticks out a bit too far, and tends to want to point to the floor. General, those issues are remedied with revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you have any concerns about your current surgeon, it may be helpful for you to get a second opinion from another reputable rhinoplasty specialist.
