Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, the excessive columellar length can be corrected with a revision. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It's likely we can do that in the office. What is the graft? Is it cartilage? Even more likely.
FYI, it certainly could be that the crease is not related to the graft...
