I had the most beautiful results from a second rhinoplasty ( 13 years after first one). All was great for 4 months then redness and swelling occurred. I had the “Rudolph nose” leading my doctor to put me on cephalexin for cellulitis as well as Mupirocin ointment for the external area. Nothing has worked and the swelling continues. I’ve had 3 kenalog and (1) 5FU injection. I’m beyond depressed about my appearance. There also seems to be a painful to the touch area at the left tip. Could this be a rogue stitch? My surgeon is saying I may need another revision after a year. I’m miserable. Please help!
