Cellulitis and swelling after second rhinoplasty. Will I need another revision? (Photos)

They are destructive, not anti-inflammatory, they corrode the skeleton and the lining, reduce blood flow, etc. Much much less 5FU, that's a grave mistake, do not repeat, it is a necrotizing substance alike to an "acid" to destroy cancer cells.

The late onset of your inflammation makes me think:
-any synthetic material was used in your rhinoplasty? prosthetic? injected filler?
-cartilage wrapped in fascia is now making abscess?
-accidentally left portion of any synthetic material trying to find the way out?
-thick non dissolvave stitches trying to pierce the skin?

I don't understand the passive and conservative attitude, I agree with the antibiotic cycle but if it fails to tackle the situation that abscess has to be drained and the source of it (whatever it might be) extracted asap.

Seek opinions.

That said, your surgeon should be able to elucidate whether or not there are any permanent sutures that were placed in the cartilage of the tip of your nose. Additionally, sometimes people can develop cysts in the skin, and nasal cellulitis and an abscess can present like this, and it's sometimes unrelated to surgery. Please consider getting a copy of your operative report, and consider getting a second opinion from another reputable rhinoplasty specialist. I hope this helps, and I wish you well moving forward. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs and history, you may benefit from a course of bactrim instead of cephalexin. Your nose appears actively infected. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
