Under eye fillers migration removal?

Hello, im a 26 y/o female Ive done undereye fillers more than once, however on the last treatment there were lumps between my eye and cheek area and they’re still there a year and half later. I can’t dissolve the fillers because im highly allergic to hyalase. Lately ive been feeling more insecure especially when im smiling or talking.. is there any other way to remove undereye fillers without dissolving it? Thank you

After a year and a half there is not likely to be much filler left.  You may want to allow the remaining filler to dissolve gradually.  Massaging the area or use of lasers can sometimes be recommended. You can visit with your injector to determine if the lumps can be excised if desired.

Dear Easygoing,
As you have experienced, HA fillers to the lower eyelid can be risky.  I would ask how you know that you are highly allergic to hyaluronidase?  Perhaps you should have a formal allergy test done for it, since it is the best way to remove excess/persistent HA filler.  The other option would be surgical removal.  Good luck!
