Answer: A Nonsurgical HA Filler Cheek Augmentation Can Improve Ogee Curve AND Under-Eye Hollows The upper cheek regions are a major support for the under-eye areas, and when there is a volume deficit in the upper cheeks a woman can lose both the desirable oval, heart-shaped face, as well as suffer from the development of under-eye hollows and tear troughs. A nonsurgical filler cheek augmentation using a robust HA volumizing filler, therefore, can contour a more feminine, oval face and secondarily improve the under-eyes. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Best of luck.

Answer: Undereye concerns This is a very common issue we see in clinic. One of the fastest and most reliable ways to address this concern is through the use of fillers. Typically, a very light weight hyaluronic acid filler is used in this area. An alternative to consider would be platelet rich fibrin gel. If these give you the desired results, they can be repeated, or you could consider fat grafting as a long-term solution.
