Is it possible to change negative eye tilt of round eyes to a positive one without making eyes almond shaped? (Photos)

Is there a way to preserve the roundness and openess of round eyes but make them more upturned instead of downturned like the pictures. Without making them narrow and very almond shaped achieving a doe eye look instead of a fox eye

The only way to improve your current look is to fill the space underneath the bone with small amount of fat graft. This should be done conservatively and will need at least two stages to avoid lumpiness. I hope this helps.

Blepharoplasty and brow lifting are often done in combination. Judging by your pictures, you would benefit from both an endoscopic browlift and upper lid blepharoplasty. Only doing an eyelid surgery would not address the brow asymmetry and would limit the results.

Lower eyelid pulled up tightly after lower bleph. Constant twitching, crepey under eye 1 year post. Can this be fixed? (Photos)

It appears that one eyelid is lower and rounded. Correction by means of lower canthopexy would be my suggestion. Good luck.
