Is there a way to preserve the roundness and openess of round eyes but make them more upturned instead of downturned like the pictures. Without making them narrow and very almond shaped achieving a doe eye look instead of a fox eye

Based on your photos and description , it is certainly possible to alter a negative eye tilt to a more positive, upturned one while maintaining the roundness and openness of your eyes. To achieve a brighter "doe eye" look rather than a narrowed "fox eye," we can perform a conservative canthopexy or canthoplasty to elevate and secure the outer corner of the eye slightly higher on the bone. It is important to note that a very precise, gentle technique must be used to lift the corner without stretching the eyelid horizontally, ensuring the lower lid retains its natural curve and does not become narrow or almond-shaped. An in-person consultation and examination would be needed to closely evaluate your lower lid laxity and determine the best tailored plan for you.

It appears that very conservative lift of the lateral canthus (outside corner of the eyelids) would solve the problem. Normal position of the lateral canthus is slightly above medial one (close to the nose). This should not significantly change general shape of the eyes. Good luck.
