Hi, I'm thinking of having 360 vaser lipo plus additional lipo to my hips and saddlebags and wanted confirmation that these procedures will improce te shape of my buttocks. Please advise. Thank you

Vaser PAL 360 with hips and outer thighs will dramatically change the contours and proportions and make your buttocks appear more defined.

If you wish additional buttocks projection, shape them can add fat transfer during same surgery.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this single view clothed back photo, you have significant amount of fat on your whole back, with fat rolls, asymmetrical buttocks with deficient areas which would need to be fat grafted. You do not have saddlebag deformities, if anyone liposuctions your lateral thighs, will give you a manly shape. As a Total Definer surgeon, I use the VASER liposuction technique to sculpt the torso. Although best results are obtained by liposuction 360 degrees to give you a transformative change to an hourglass figure. You can have your back/buttocks defined only from the back, the results will be less defined. It is true that the surgeon with body sculpting experience will determine the results, but tools like the VASER and PAL (power assist liposuction) in the right hands can change an average result achieved by traditional liposuction to an exceptional result. Contouring around your buttocks can certainly improve the overall shape of them in certain individuals. You already have great curves, and your flanks and outer thighs don’t have much extra fat from this photo. If your surgeon wanted to do a little liposuction on the outer curve of your buttocks, and add fat to your lower lateral buttocks, that would help to round them out.

Based with only one post a photo from the poster view, no other views posted a difficult response. The first issue is what type of liposuction. Whether you use a visor, ultrasonic, power, assisted, traditional, water, jet, or other options of Lipo. it is the doctor or surgeon doing the liposuction not the machine or technique. I personally use the traditional suction lipectomy with different size cannulas being available. Based on your one photo I still think you will need some fat injected into the buttocks under ultrasound guided injections. Virtual consult. Fees to range $5000-$10,000.
