Ok so I'm transgender and I have quite small breasts after almost 2 years of Hormone-Replacement Therapy, they are kind of wide set and quite conical. I was wondering is there a procedure or anything that could be done to make them a lot rounder, also with the possibility of getting a breast augmentation further along the line to increase the size, but so that they will be round by this point, so they won't look big and conical.
