Am I a good candidate for 360 lipo? (Photo)

You are thin and I would not recommend liposuction in isolation. It is likely to leave you with a lumpy appearance. My guess is you could have a combo of some lipo and a tummy tuck but this is hard to tell without assessing your skin laxity in person.

Although you are not heavy, you have plenty of fat, or should I say, you're an ideal candidate for liposuction of the belly and flanks. Liposuction is not for heavy people, because they'd need a tummy tuck too. With an in person evaluation, it would be determined whether liposuction alone or with Renuvion/J Plasma for abdominal skin treatment would be best.

While you don't have significant amount of fat, there are areas that can be improved with liposuction around the abdomen, flanks, and back. You appear to be a good candidate for liposuction in my opinion just based off of your pictures.

It's worth getting other consultations, it sounds the first surgeon you saw has no experience besides standard approaches and limited experience. You would also benefit from fat transfer to your buttocks to correct the asymmetry that you have (left smaller than the right). Many docs don't specialize in liposuction and therefore only do the debulking lipo. If you want a true lipo expert then you have to go to the derm surgeons who invented and advanced the tumescent liposuction with the micro canulas to sculpt the areas. Those are the true experts in liposuction. They will even stand you up during the procedure to fine tune the results right then and there under local anesthesia. You definitely have enough fat to make an improvement with the micro canulas and should get it done asap. You will be so glad you did.

I would definitely get another opinion! It appears from your pictures that you definitely have excess fat of your abdomen and waistline. Your skin doesn't appear loos enough to warrant a tummy tuck. But, you might want to consider BodyTite and Morpheus for a little tightening if your concerned about skin laxity.
