About fat cells and lipo 360

Hello I want to get awake lipo 360 . I’m a bit overweight. I’m working hard to get to an ideal weight for this procedure to have maximum benefit. My normal weight is 145 . But this last year I gained a lot . I’m 5’5. *My big question is by losing and shrinking my fat cells are more fat cells able to be removed??? * or can the same amount be removed at a higher weight . Specifically fat cells not amount of fat or pounds . I find conflicting answers to this question. Thanks in advance!

Liposuction would be inadequate. You have hanging skin already and the skin will hang even more after liposuction. You would benefit from a circumferential body lift to give a more attractive appearance. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
