Am I a candidate for a lip lift with a 15mm philtrum? (Photos)

Question

Wondering if I’m a good candidate for a lip lift? My philtrum measures 15mm. This is what I’m hopping to achieve: - More defined shapely Cupid’s bow - Upturn/ roll to upper lip - More teeth show - Fuller upper lip - Improve asymmetry Thank you! :)

You do not need a lift lift. Even though this can be done by an expert and not show, there is no need for you to have this. It does come with risks and asymmetries.

The ideal candidate for the Elelyft, or upper lip lift, is someone with a philtral length of 14mm or longer, no upper dental show, and/or a thin upper lip. The nasal base to mouth width ratio needs to be taken into consideration to avoid leaving the lip corners down. 
I have many young patients such as yourself who have a 14-15mm philtrum but want a much more pouty and reduced philtral look. I think if the understanding of risk exists and your goals are realistic then a conservative upper lip lift can be performed.

Your trading prefect skin for scars, those scar will be with you forever and may be asymmetrical, they may shift and or move and become even more visible. Stephen M. Hi there, 
From the  photos & info you provided, I wouldn't recommend a lip lift in your case, or - perform a very conservative lip lift. Such a short philtrum you may get a gummy smile after a lip lift. Also, a lot depends on your dental visibility which also plays a crucial role in qualifying patients for this treatment.
