How to Make Keloids from Shingles Less Visible?

After a bout with shingles, I developed noticeable keloid scarring where the blisters occurred. How can I at least change the appearance of my scars so that they look less like a bunch of warts and at least like a series of scars?

Tattoo lasers will likely not remove the metallic pigment.  I would advise you to undergo a small punch excision and revision of the scar.

I treat many of these ulcers and feel that you should first be evaluated with a functional ultrasound to assess the quality and function of your veins.  These scars are usually a result of hemosiderin and melanin.

I think fillers under depressed scars a futile.  The scar is just too rigid to elevate.  Therefore a scar revision is indicated in most circumstances.
