Is 60 units of Botox on one side of masseters (specifically botulax from Korea) too much?

I usually get botox done in the US and the highest I've gotten done before was 40 units on one side and 20 units on the other. I have uneven masseters. I was thinking about getting 60 units on one side and 40 on the other since it is cheaper in Korea. And I could afford more while I was there, then hopefully I wouldn't need to go back as soon. I don't have any photos to reference off of since my current botox hasn't worn off yet. On average, would 60 units of botulax atrophy my masseter too much?

Botulax is not currently  FDA approved in the U.S. and so it is not possible to advise how many units would be indicated.  Neurotoxins may vary, including the number of units needed for a given area.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with the injector in Korea should you choose to have treatment while there.

You cannot compare the units of one neurotoxin to another. This is because each has a different amount of inactive reagent, which is included in the unit count. Also, each neurotoxin is slightly different and, therefore, each unit has a difference in potency. Botulax is not presently approved for use in the US. It is made in Korea and seems to be approved there. The only person who can answer your question is someone familiar with both products.
