What will fix my masseter permanently after a jaw implant so that the gonial give me a more angular face?

I had custom jaw implant but as swelling decreased, I could tell the masseter was a lot higher than my gonial, giving my face a round appearance than an angular one. options : surgery to use strings to bring muscle down , Botox relax muscle stretching it , Or radio frequency therapy. What will fix the muscle permanently so gonial are angular.

I recommend first returning to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.  It is important to evaluate if you are healing correctly, or if the appearance that concerns you needs to be addressed surgically.  Botox and fillers can be helpful in addressing asymmetry, however the results will not be permanent.

The photograph you submitted does not say anything as to what it is that you may need because it looks as if you are clenching your teeth. You need to submit photographs at rest of the front, oblique and profile views for an evaluation or come in for an evaluation in person. I always recommend a plastic surgeon's evaluation in person because it is the most accurate one. Using fat grafting, radiesse, or even Restylane Lyft will work well in order to enhance the mandibular angle and the jaw line. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

I agree with the other two providers, you should see your surgeon repositioning of the implant may solve the problem. Fillers may improve the appearance, but that will be an ongoing process, as you know fillers does not last forever.
