Is there any way to correct a crease that starts 1/4 way up my eyelid? What about bringing the eyes closer together?

I just had a blepharoplasty and it's been a month later. I wanted the crease to reach all the way down but it doesn't, it starts about 1/4 way up my eye. Is there any way to correct this? Also, is there any way to make the eyes appear closer together? I was thinking if the crease reached all the way down, it would make the eyes seem closer. Thank you so much for your insight!

There is no simple way to fix the difference between the pupils. If the cosmetic aspect is a concern, colored contact lenses (with equal pupil sizes) may help your eyes look more even.

A shot of kenalog should be helpful at this point to get rid of the residual nodule.  I would avoid a second surgery.

You most likely have a suture granuloma which is an inflammation around the buried suture.  Sometimes a short course of antibiotics by mouth and warm compresses can help.  If it doesn't resolve then it can be excised.

I would not be too worried. Usually the scars from the upper eyelid bleph. will be so inconspicuous that you hardly can see it. The only thing is that you have to wait for 3 to 6 months. I can tell that you will be happy with the results.
