6 mos after CO2 on cheeks and I have a huge zit in that area. Would it be safe to apply clindamycin only on the one pimple.

In the area that was lasered?? I’m not sure what I can do or use but it has been 6 months since fractional co2. The pimple is so big and puss filled it looks like it may need a steroid injection.
