What are non surgical options for reducing the bags under my eyes.

I am a 61 year old male :I have fat deposites under my eyes(bloated bags) other than surgery ,what can I do? What about vibration to break down the fat?(electric toothbrush)?

This is not a good combination perform, so separate to 2 procedures at least a month between them. It is a good idea to look for a very  experienced cataract surgeon and a very experienced blepharoplasty surgeon for best results
