Will 0,5 ml filler in each cheek really last as long as manufacturer tested it?

I am wondering if I had injected 0.5 ml filler Teoxane RH4 in each cheek which increases my existing malar mounds and swell a little last as long as 18-22 months? That is the lasting for that filler Teoxane inform me. Do not want the filler to dissolve with hyaluronidase if I only have to wait it a few months out to resolve. I am smoking and a very thin woman and maybe it went away by itself after a short while? I read somewhere that a small amount went away faster. What's your experience?
