I'm looking for a stripper look but I'm 90 lb , 5'1 , 27.5 ribcage and currently using 32a/aa bra. The PS told me that 400 cc's would be enough but when I made the rice test at home I realized that is not the size I want, I want it a little more bigger considering that my surgery will be under the muscle. Do I need a second surgery? Or can I have the desired look in just one surgery? What's your point of view ?
Answer: Increase projection without excessive volume At size 32 A each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you attempted 475 cc or 500 cc implants, they will not fit behind the muscle, will extrude inferiorly and laterally requiring revision. Your nipples are widely separated and you have very little cleavage. I recommend a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast LiftTM. Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Through the same incision, implants can be placed. Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection with a minimal size implant. Small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. Implant profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral position since the muscle compresses it. This operation can increase your projection without excessive volume. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implants can't be too big the first time Going too large your first time will probably cause some complications, like wound separation. It's better to go with your surgeon's advice, then once your tissues have expanded, go for a larger one if you prefer.

Answer: 500 cc breast implants are risky for a small framed 90 pound woman Thank you for your question and photograph. I agree with your plastic surgeon at 400 cc is the largest implant to be safely placed beneath your chest muscle. In a small framed woman such as yourself, placing implants and the 500 cc range significantly increases your chance of complications. If you trust and like your plastic surgeon I suggest you follow his or her advice.

Answer: Implants Thank you for the question. In my opinion, larger implants are needed in order to give you the look that you want. You might want to start with a bit larger than now and then exchange them for larger implants. Your skin seems tight and there might not be enough room to place the largest implant right now. I suggest high profile gel implants.Dr. Campos

Answer: A second surgery to achieve the stripper look. Certainly your first augmentation will be limited by the chest size, and the skin envelope of the breast which must accomodate the implant. If the volume is "forced" you might result with a double bubble, symmastia, or an implant that extends off the side of the breast. You may have to "maximize" your first augmentation and if unhappy return for a second after the breast envelope relaxes.
