Hi there, I used tretinoin twice had an awful reaction and am left with skin so soft and saggy it's made my cheeks droop and jowls now becoming noticeable. (I know what the science says but it did the opposite for me and has driven me to depression) will Botox help with these?

Answer: Botox will not help jowls But....... Botox will not do anything for jowls but your photo makes it look like you have a prominent masseter muscle on right side and Botox/Dysport/Xeomin could help that and it would help you get a smoother jawline. The areas near chin can be injected with filler as can mid face to try to pull up and disguise what bothers you. Be sure to see an experienced physician for this as is not a cook book solution .

Answer: Botox, fillers Hi there, I would advise a consultation with a certified injector. You have some volume loss midface as well as the marionette area. The older we get we lose collagen and fat. This is an easy fix and a good injector can get you on the right road. Best of luck...
