Thank you for sharing your pictures.  Facial Feminization can certainly be done in steps and starting with a non-surgical approach can be a great entry point.  I would recommend adding volume to both your cheeks and your lips to start.  Botox for masseter muscle hypertrophy and lower facial contouring could also be considered. When you're ready to contemplate surgical options, many Facial Plastic Surgeons offer financing or 3rd party financing.  Hairline Lowering and Rhinoplasty may be surgical procedures to consider when you're ready.Best of luck,Dr. Philip Solomon, Solomon Facial PlasticToronto, Canada

You have an excellent question, fellfromheaven.  In fact, nonsurgical facial feminization is one of the specialties in our office.  Dr. Onir has unparalleled experience in facial feminization using fillers, botulinum, and other minimally invasive methods.

Any procedure, whether surgical or non surgical, should aim to open up the eyes as much as possible to achieve the most feminine result. Botox can be used to raise the eyebrows some, and fillers in the cheeks can bounce light into your eyes. Botox can also be used to narrow the back of the jaw. You could also consider filler in your lips to both volumize your lips and minimize the height of your chin. Lastly, a different hair style could camouflage your high hairline a bit more. We actually just posted a blog about hair styling options for that purpose. 
Of course, surgical treatments will give you more dramatic and permanent results. For this, I would recommend setting back the brow bone, raising the brows, lowering the hairline, adding cheek implants, and contouring the jaw. You may also consider a lip lift and augmentation, but I can't quite tell from your photos.
