I was a 32B- weight 107lbs, am 5'2 tall, got mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Saline 375cc- final fill volume 400cc. What will my bra size be once I'm fully recovered? And Is this too big for my body size?

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. I would encourage you to articulate your aeshtetic goals to your surgeon in terms of bust fullness, figure balance and breast shape and not rely on cup size.  Cup size varies from one bra maker to another.  If you have achieved your aesthetic goals, who cares if Victoria's Secret fits you as a D and Bali as a C.

Choosing an implant size with your surgeon is a dynamic process. It's hard to tell you  going look on your body without seeing photos and examining you. Usually about 150 mL equals one cup size increase. This is only a rough estimate.  Good luck to you.

It is very difficult to answer your question without examining you and I very much recommend that you discuss your particular situation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Breast implant size does not have a direct correlation with postoperative breast size and depends on a great many individual things.

Thank you for the question. There is no accurate correlation between size of breast implant and cup size achieved. I therefore ask my patients not to base their communication of goals, or evaluate the outcome of breast augmentation surgery, based on achieving specific cup sizes.  at this point, given that your surgery has been completed, I would suggest that you exercise patience. Evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed about 6  later; hopefully, you will be pleased, regardless of the specific cup size achieved. Best wishes.

Thank you for your question.  A very rough anecdotal estimate is that 200 cc of breast implant volume will increase the breast one bra cup size in the same bra that you wore before surgery. However be aware that different retailers label the same cup size differently,, therefore you should be comparing to the same bra that you wore prior to surgery.
