10daypostop575cc style15allergansilicone under d muscle crease insis.d right breast is sligtly higher,I also hav sligtly more clevage on that side nd slihtly less side boob.I wnt frm a b nt saggy bt stretchy skin ad sligtly exces skin as I lost some upper pole fullnes from a lil weight loss.also my right breast crease was 1cm higher as was the nipple.Is ther any massag I can do to push it down nd out so I hav the creases at d same level nd the side boob out a lil more so it matches my left side

At 10 days post-augmentation, you need to give yourself time to heal. It will take a minimum of 3 months before the breasts and implant finalize their position. In the meantime, follow your plastic surgeon's postoperative instructions. From the photos posted, your results are excellent. The minimal differences in position are normal and often settle out in time.

It is very early in your healing after breast augmentation. It usually takes a minimum of 3 to 6 months for your final results to be visible. Massage can help. If you're concerned make sure to check in with your plastic surgeon. It looks like everything seems to be appropriate in this early of a result.

No two breasts are ever perfectly the same and some asymmetry is expected, especially in the early postoperative period. Thank you for your question.  For 10 days after breast augmentation your breasts look excellent.  Your breasts will drop and change shape for at least 3 months after your breast augmentation.A 10 days you need to be careful about pressing your implants down for fear of injuring the inframammary crease incision and causing other problems.  NextPlease see her plastic surgeon for advice and you may at that time discuss with your surgeon prefers that she do breast implant displacement exercises.  I cautioned you not to stress your breast implants until you have spoke and your plastic surgeon.
