Is it possible to push a Breast Implant down & out so the creases & cleavage are even on both sides? (photos)

10daypostop575cc style15allergansilicone under d muscle crease insis.d right breast is sligtly higher,I also hav sligtly more clevage on that side nd slihtly less side boob.I wnt frm a b nt saggy bt stretchy skin ad sligtly exces skin as I lost some upper pole fullnes from a lil weight loss.also my right breast crease was 1cm higher as was the nipple.Is ther any massag I can do to push it down nd out so I hav the creases at d same level nd the side boob out a lil more so it matches my left side
