Is it possible to push a Breast Implant down & out so the creases & cleavage are even on both sides? (photos)

At 10 days post-augmentation, you need to give yourself time to heal. It will take a minimum of 3 months before the breasts and implant finalize their position. In the meantime, follow your plastic surgeon's postoperative instructions. From the photos posted, your results are excellent. The minimal differences in position are normal and often settle out in time.

I see no apparent problem in any of the three photos that you have posted.  10 days is very early in the post operative course.

It is very early in your healing after breast augmentation. It usually takes a minimum of 3 to 6 months for your final results to be visible. Massage can help. If you're concerned make sure to check in with your plastic surgeon. It looks like everything seems to be appropriate in this early of a result.

Thanks for your question- your photos look very appropriate for this early stage of recovery after breast augmentation.  No two breasts are ever perfectly the same and some asymmetry is expected, especially in the early postoperative period.  Things will continue to improve and you will want to hold off on your final judgement until a bout 3 months after your surgery.Congratulations!Dr. L

Thank you for your question.  For 10 days after breast augmentation your breasts look excellent.  Your breasts will drop and change shape for at least 3 months after your breast augmentation.A 10 days you need to be careful about pressing your implants down for fear of injuring the inframammary crease incision and causing other problems.  NextPlease see her plastic surgeon for advice and you may at that time discuss with your surgeon prefers that she do breast implant displacement exercises.  I cautioned you not to stress your breast implants until you have spoke and your plastic surgeon.

It appears that you have a very good result for 10 days after surgery.  Final results will take about 3 months.  Follow your surgeon's instructions.
