Hi & thanks for your question! You should be able to have a full C and still have a natural feel and look. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!
"Thank you for your question. The desired breast size post-surgery isn't solely determined by your current size. Factors like your chest wall anatomy, skin elasticity, and overall proportions play significant roles. While moving from a 32A to a full C cup sounds appealing, achieving a natural look requires a thorough assessment during a consultation. It's vital to work with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your unique anatomy and guide you on what's possible while still looking natural. Best wishes on your decision-making process!"
It all depends on the elasticity of your skin, the shape of your breast, breast tissue, etc. To answer your question as to if you can go from a 32A to a full C, yes. Will it look natural, not at all for at least the first few months. With a shirt on, no cleavage showing, no one will know if your breast are fake or real. Until your breast drop, everyone will be able to tell they are implants in a bikini or topless, as your implants will be high and the skin will be taught. After a few months, they will drop and the muscles will relax a little and it is possible to have people wonder if they are fake or real. When considering breast augmentation your board certified plastic surgeon is your personal expert to guide you through your options to help you achieve the look you are wanting. During a consultation measurements of your breasts will be taken and you will discuss your goals with your surgeon. Patients can often increase their breasts multiple cup sizes, but it's important to keep in mind the anatomy to make the results aesthetically pleasing. In addition to selecting volume for the implants you will also decide on shape, type, and profile. I've included a video on this process that I hope you find helpful.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Hello and thank you for your question. Two cup size increase is fairly typical for a breast augmentation patient; however, how large it is recommended you go depends on your breast tissue, your chest measurements, and your goal for your overall look. I recommend finding a surgeon who is board certified and using Vectra 3D technology to help you visualize your results accurately as well as measure your chest accurately. Best of luck to you.
Ddear Starpix33, thanks for sharing your concern will be really accurate to see some pictures and get a better idea of you body frame and structure, breast sizes are one of the most difficult decitions so we need to see what are we going to work with. . Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Dear Starpix33,breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The best range of sizes for your frame and tissue is based on measurements and not on bra sizes that vary widely. Go meet with a plastic surgeon.
Hey, thank you for sharing. It is totally possible to go from an A cup to a full C cup. The harder thing is determining what size will get you there. Each bra manufacturer is different, so what is a C cup in one bra may be a D cup in another. So, its hard to guarantee a cup size, but you can certainly place an implant that will get you around the volume of a C cup. Good luck!
