Is Thermage effective on loose abdominal skin from multiple pregnancies?

Thermage is amazing at tightening up the skin in various places of the body including the face, arms, abdomen, buttocks, flanks, and various other areas.  However, without a photo it is difficult to see how much skin laxity there is.  If there is excessive skin laxity then I would definitely recommend surgery.  Best, Dr. Green

The answer to this question depends on the degree of skin laxity the patient presents with.  Thermage is helpful for tightening and firming skin but some patients are better candidates and would achieve better results with surgery.  I suggest making an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to weigh both options.  I hope this is helpful.
