Waves/saggy skin on abdomen after lipo 4 years ago-- can Thermage or Exilis be possible solutions? (Photo)

I had lipo in Dec 2012. I followed all aftercare instructions and healed well but was left with loose skin as expected. Probably also uneven fat removal, causing uneven folding of the skin. I was 124, 119 after. Since then I've kept up a healthy lifestyle and been steady at 113. The photos are recent. Now I'd like to do something about it. Anything I can do noninvasive? Exilis/Thermage photos look promising but are probably only photos of the best results. Genuine advice is truly appreciated.

You need a formal evaluation there are many non invasive options for the thighs, however, none a great.  you can get improvement with a long term treatment plan.  you will need to be seen to determine if you are a surgical or nonsurgical candidate.  Best, Dr. Emer.

No, it won't negatively impact your procedure. I recommend all patients getting a skin lifting procedure to get skin texture improvement (fractional laser or RF) and help maintain the lift with skin tightening (thermage/venus legacy). See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.
