I got 225cc 3 years ago. I want to be a lot bigger and have them higher and round with ample cleavage without a bra. I am now 22 years old, 5’5 and 120lbs.

Answer: Double breasts implants size Dear T girl, Thanks for posting your pictures and your goal pictures. From observing your pictures the following is noticed:1. You appear to be small B cup size. You did not provide your chest circumference measurement in inches, which is critical for the correct implants size selection. Let's assume that you are currently 34 small B cup size. 450 cc implants will bring you to full C cup size , similar to your goal pictures.2. Wide cleavage. You will require medial and superior capsulotomy (scar release) in order to obtain nice cleavage and make room for the larger implants. 3. Lateral displacement of implants. Can be seen at your side view picture. You will need lateral capsulorrhaphy (internal bra), otherwise this condition will become worse and more visible with larger implants. It might also cause lateral chest pain from the implant pressure on the nerves. All these maneuvers can be performed more precisely, more predictably and more consistently through a sub areola incisions, which allows for better visibility and more technical ease to achieve these goals. For that reason, smooth, moderate profile saline implants are a better option. The larger implants with the superior capsulotomy will give you the upper pole fullness that you are looking for and the high profile or ultra high profile is unnecessary. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Answer: Changing to larger implants with higher profile Hi and thanks for the question. It is not at all uncommon to exchange implants for a larger size. How much you can change will depend on how much skin laxity you have. I usually have my patients wait between 6-12 months from their first surgery. I then estimate how much additional volume we can achieve based on their exam. On the day of surgery I typically bring 3-4 different size/profile options. It may be that the 450cc XHP's fit you well. On the other hand an HP implant may give you the better look. As long as you share your goals with your surgeon and you trust his or her judgement I would let them make the final implant decision in the OR based on how you look. Best of look. Dr West
