22F 7mo post microphleboctomy on my forehead in the middle and 2 sessions of scelerotherapy. I haven't seen improvement. Advise?

On March 8 2018 I have gotten my first microphleboctomy then 2 months later 1st scelerotherapy and 3 months later 2nd time scelerotherapy ... I am really concerned I have not seen any change with the veins but now my veins are hurting I have been experiencing headaches and my veins are hurting and sometimes my eyes hurt too Please help

Thank you for submitting the picture, that helps a lot! Sclerotherapy isn't meant for facial veins, unfortunately. We have had very similar situation with a patient recently and had great success with Excel V treatments! It is a laser, but maybe it is one that you haven't tried yet. Even tho...

I recommend following up with your Doctor about what to expect and their after care recommendation. Keep in mind, it takes 2-3 treatments of sclerotherapy for improvement otherwise you can try lasers for the smaller vessels. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
