Will I be able to sit on my butt after lipo 360 surgery if they are only shaping my butt? (Photo)

I got a BBL 4 years ago. I'm getting a lipo 360 and I want a butt enhancement, no fat transfer though. Is it the same as the BBL recovery? Or will I be able to sit on my buttocks immediately?

I am not sure what procedure you are referring to but even with fat grafting I allow some degree of sitting on the buttock / I suggest seeing an expert and ensuring what is going to be done wont make you sag because often in this area If you do lipo WITHOUT heating or fat it can sag.  Best, Dr. Emer.
